High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a fast, effective workout strategy that alternates short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods. This method is popular because it delivers major fitness benefits in less time than traditional workouts. At HomeFront Fitness in Washington, MO, our Bootcamp and Functional Fitness classes incorporate many HIIT elements to help you train smart, stay motivated, and get real results.

We incorporate HIIT-style formats into two of our most popular programs: Bootcamp and Functional Fitness. These workouts are coach-led, community-driven, and scalable to your fitness level.

Bootcamp Classes

Looking for a high-energy sweat session? Our Bootcamp classes blend cardio, bodyweight training, and resistance circuits in a non-stop format that mirrors HIIT. Expect:

  • High-intensity calorie-burning workouts

  • Constant movement and heart-pumping intervals

  • Motivating group energy and coaching support

Schedule: Monday–Friday at 8:00 AM Tuesdays & Thursdays 3:30–4:30 PM

Functional Fitness Classes

If you're interested in building real-world strength and improving movement quality, this class is for you. We combine elements of strength training and conditioning in a way that mimics HIIT structure — intense, purposeful effort followed by brief rest. Features include:

  • Weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and mobility drills

  • Scaling options for beginners through advanced athletes

  • Strong emphasis on form, safety, and progression

Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM, 5:30PM Friday: 5:00AM, 6:00AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 4:30PM Saturday: 9:00AM Community Partner Workout (FREE)
