BOOTCAMP CLASSES
Get ready to sweat! Our Bootcamp class is a high-energy, fast-paced workout designed to push your limits. With a mix of cardio, bodyweight movements, and resistance training, you’ll build endurance, burn calories, and leave feeling accomplished. Our coaches will keep you moving and motivated the whole hour. Expect a fun, supportive atmosphere that challenges you while keeping it lighthearted!
FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES
Strength meets strategy in our Functional Fitness class! This class is all about building real-world strength, improving movement patterns, and getting an awesome workout in a fun, environment. Expect a mix of weightlifting, bodyweight movements, and conditioning exercises that will challenge you at your level. We prioritize good form, smart progressions, and plenty of high-fives. Come ready to lift, sweat, and feel stronger than yesterday!
